How to Order

You can place and order with us through the shop section of our website. If you would like to discuss a bespoke order, then just pick up the phone and give us a ring on 07799 516179.

If we think you may have made an error in your ordering, we will do our very best to get in touch as soon as possible to draw your attention to it and amend it.

Our Products

A list of potential allergens is included in our boxes of biscuits, and although our biscuits do not contain nuts, they are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, as well as additional potential allergens including soy, gluten and dairy products, so we are unable to guarantee that our products will not contain traces of these allergens.

We carefully and lovingly make all of our biscuits by hand, so there may be some variations in the colours and designs, but we will always endeavour to let you know if we make any major changes.

Postage and Delivery

All our biscuits are sent out using Royal Mail First Class post unless Tracked Shipping is chosen and paid for. Although not guaranteed, Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class parcels the next working day, however we can’t be held responsible if packages take longer to arrive. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us by email at or telephone us on 07799 516179 ahead of ordering.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any delays in delivery by Royal Mail due to situations such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action.

Our single biscuits and boxes of six biscuits are designed and packaged to fit through a standard letterbox, however, if ordering an alternative collection of biscuits or a bespoke order, please note that if Royal Mail are unable to deliver the package due to no one being available to take collection and redelivery or collection is not made quickly, we are unable to be held responsible for any deterioration in the product.

Please ensure that you enter the address and postcode details accurately as these are the details we will use to send your biscuits. We are unable to accept liability for an undelivered package due to the address or postcode details being incorrect.

Any delivery queries must be raised within 14 days of dispatch.

Cancelling an Order

Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order, We aren’t able to guarantee cancellation will be possible as we may have already baked your biscuits. To cancel please email or phone us on 07799 516179.

Bespoke Orders

We require a full payment at the time of ordering, and due to the fact that we may purchase particular ingredients or keep space free in our baking calendar to fulfil your order, the payment is non-refundable.
